As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients and virtual assistants alike, helping ensure long-term success, retention, and measurable business outcomes while receiving the support and training needed to grow your career.
What You’ll Accomplish
Client & Crisis Management: Build a deep understanding of client partnerships and confidently step in during urgent situations to ensure continuity, trust, and service excellence.
Relationship Development: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning virtual assistant support with their goals.
Strategic Client Success Planning: Identify opportunities to maximize the value clients receive from their VA partnerships while helping them achieve measurable business outcomes.
Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges, evaluate solutions, and resolve concerns diplomatically to maintain positive client relationships.
Performance Management & Accountability: Establish clear success metrics, monitor performance, and hold stakeholders accountable for delivering results and maintaining service standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with virtual assistants, client success teammates, and internal departments to provide seamless support and an exceptional client experience.
VA Support & Development: Provide guidance, coaching, resources, and support to VAs, helping them consistently deliver high-quality work and exceed client expectations.
Global Relationship Management: Effectively manage partnerships across different countries, cultures, and time zones while maintaining a high standard of service.
