What does it actually pay?
Starting rate is $4.50 an hour. Experienced VAs here earn $6 to $10+, and executive-tier roles more. Bonuses add up to $850 in your first year, and your raise band is written into your offer. The calculator above shows what your move here could look like.
When do I get paid?
Twice a month, on schedule. We have never paid anyone late.
I'm new to VA work. Should I apply?
Honestly, not yet. We only hire people with real online-work experience. Get a year under your belt and come back. We'll be here.
Do you provide training?
No bootcamps and no courses. We hire people who already have the skills, prep you thoroughly for your specific client, and support you every week with a dedicated Success Manager.
Is this freelancing?
No. One client, full time, stable monthly pay in USD, benefits, bonuses, raises. It's a job, with a company behind you.
Where do I work from?
Home. Your own equipment, 25 Mbps or better, on your client's US hours.
