Yes, we welcome applicants with relevant work experience and skills, even if they don't have direct VA experience.
After the initial phone screening, the typical process involves an overview of the position, a more in-depth video interview via Zoom or Google Meet, completion of any necessary requirements, and finally, an interview with the client.
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, depending on the needs of our clients.
While we do offer some training, it is not as structured as what you might find in a BPO setting. We encourage our VAs to take initiative in pursuing online courses related to their tasks.
At this time, we do not provide HMO or government benefits, we instead offer health credit to employees who have been with us for longer than 3 months.
No, our VAs are required to provide their own devices.
