We are seeking sharp, articulate, and high-performing professionals to join our growing B2B sales team. If you are an exceptional communicator, a fast learner, and can build trust quickly, we will provide the comprehensive training and coaching you need to succeed.
What You’ll Accomplish
Responsive Lead Management: Respond to all new inquiries with extreme urgency—ideally within 5 minutes during business hours.
Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs, communicate our value proposition, and position our solutions as strategic investments.
Objection Handling: Guide clients through our process, overcoming price, quality, and reliability concerns by demonstrating clear ROI and sharing success stories.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurately updated CRM with detailed documentation of every interaction.
Hit Sales Targets: Successfully convert at least 25% of qualified leads to achieve a monthly target of 8 new client contracts.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting and client success teams to coordinate VA interviews for clients.
Who You Are
An Exceptional Communicator: You speak and write confidently, clearly, and professionally in English, making prospects feel heard.
Coachable & Driven: You take feedback well, follow scripts and established systems, and are hungry to grow without being micromanaged.
B2B Mindset (Nice to Have): Experience in B2B services, customer support, outsourcing, or SaaS is a plus, but not mandatory.
Logistics: You have a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and are willing to work U.S. business hours.
